If you buy WriteNudge and ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase, you get a full refund for any reason.

The policy

What you can expect.

  • The window is 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • You do not need to give a reason, show a defect, try troubleshooting or meet a usage limit.
  • The refund is for the full price you paid.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.

How to ask

Use your receipt, or write to SSU.

Orders are handled by Paddle, SSU’s merchant of record, so the refund link on your Paddle receipt is the quickest way. You can also write to apps [at] thinksynergy.biz and include your order reference so SSU can find the purchase.

Please do not send your writing, a payment card number or your license key.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. The time it takes for the money to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
